the only reason bluray is doing ok right now is because ps3 owners have nothing else to do with thier ps3's other than watch over priced movies... this is nothing more than a spike... ps3 sure is a nice movie player... too bad it blows for games.
they already have phone running windows which is way more capable than os x so yeah... it looks pretty but only for about 10 mins till it get scratched to hell, just like thier ipod videos and nano's why do you think they changed the nano to a aluminum finish now...i've owned both and i quickly sold them (video 60gb, nano 4gb) overpriced status symbols are all they are, there are far better things out thier for far cheaper.

why would okami and god hand follow the 2007 release of lost planet... it has already been released... they are gonna release them again in 2007 on the ps2 again? i think maybe god hand and okami will appear on the 360 after the 2007 release of lost planet, im guessing with an update much like the ps3 version on ninja gaiden is getting, its just the old game with bumped up graphics and minor changes.
the $400 360 comes with a hard drive and HD cables something the ps3 doesnt have in the box and you get xbox live silver for free and live gold is only $50 a year + 1 month free if you pay full price. the hd-dvd addon is $200 BUT you get a media remote and king kong PLUS you can use it on you PC as well. so yeah... you loose.

umm M$ is a software company and an expert in in all aspects of pc data communications sony is a hardware company that knows next to nothing when compared to M$ in the same field... NO they do NOT have the same specialists, they do not even have the same server foundation M$ went out and spent two billion (yes billions not millions) building a server farm specifically for xbox live, sony probably has like 4 linux boxes linked up to a t3 and calls that thier server.
umm the thing is the game delivered everything it said it would... how is that over hyped? it let down no one, except for the people hoping it would fail. the game is next to perfect, the only thing i would change is that running would be done with with LB instead of A cuz then you wouldnt have to worry about getting stuck to a wall when you are trying to get away.
thats cuz most people have a 360 and just play it at home... and download demos there... no one has the ps3 so yeah there are going to be more people playing the demopod for it.
you could say the same thing about WoW then you payed for the game then you have to pay each month to play... yet minllions play and its like 4x more expensive to play just that ONE game than it is for XBL to play all games.
thats funny cuz on ebay the 360 sold for long after xmas well over retail, and they released AY more units too... i expect the wii to do the same as the 360 and also there are more units... thats just funny sony goes from 1st to 3rd... losers.
even whan they get the code optimized it will NEVER run better than a normal computer for a couple of reason... one but the time they do get it optimized it will be like 2010 and PC's will have already leapfrogged it ten fold, and two WAY more people are intrested in optimizing code to run on the PC than are for the PS3 so again the PC wll always have the lead. Oh and as a side note the SPE's are really only good for math... they are not general purpose like a PC's multiple cores. Oh and a PC...

if you are going to buy a computer you CAN buy one that has more power than the ps3 does (for about $600, they say it runs linux like a Pentium III at 800MHZ), as far as emulating and ease of use with the wiimote the REAL PC wins again.
